One of the core lines of work of Burak Sanayi is the fabrication, hydrostatic testing, erection, surface preparation, insulation and commissioning of pipe spools in industrial facilities such as refineries, petrochemical plants, power plants, etc.

Given the complication and high quality requirements, the in-shop fabrication of pipe spools is known to be a tough challenge. Nevertheless, companies tend to prefer prefabricating pipe spools due to the increased productivity as compared to on-site welding of pipes and fittings.

Our level of experience and expertise in the business gives us a significant competitive edge to make Burak Sanayi the best of both worlds: We have gained substantial experience in in-shop pipe spool fabrication systems through the long years working with the industry-leading companies. That combined with our flexibility, scaleability and fieldwork capabilities and skills, we are second to none in fabricating and erecting pipe spools on-site.

With its vast experience on welding technology and works, Burak Sanayi has a strong background in line of work in fabrication and erection of structural steel.  We have both white and blue collar team members experienced and qualified in the structural steel works in large construction projects such as bridges, viaducts, airports, etc.

Burak Sanayi has had hands-on experience in fabrication and pre-installation of the modules and skids, the growing engineering trend in piping industry.

The process includes pre-installation of pipe spools on pipe rack-type steel structures, trial-assamble and hydrotest the system, then cut the intermodular joints and shipment to site. The size of these skids/modules might vary from that of a 20-ft. container to a couple of thousand tons.

Burak Sanayi has gained significant qualification and experience in installation of machinery and equipment at industrial facilities. This helps in providing turnkey erection services in such projects
